Commissioned Work

During the summer of 2020 I worked on an artist commission through the Louis Armstrong House Museum in Queens, NY. I worked collaboratively with two amazing artists: Melanie Charles (singer/flutist) and Kayla Farrish (dancer). Together we made “Inside the Laughing Barrel,” an exploration of Louis and Lucille Armstrong’s interior life and connection to social justice set against the backdrop of contemporary life.
